Skills and qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in education or related field (minimum requirement), PGCE or QTS

At least 3 years of relevant teaching or leadership experience within the UK curriculum framework

Strong understanding of the UK National Curriculum for lower secondary education

Proven ability to lead and inspire teaching teams to achieve high standards

Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

Experience with assessment strategies and data analysis to monitor student progress
