Night Production Supervisor

We are looking for a Night Production Supervisor to oversee the donut decorating, production, packing and logistics for our donuts. The role will involve supervising a team of donut decorators ensuring the donuts are made to brand standard. You will be responsible for all HACCP, Health & Safety, Planning and Controlling Production, Waste Management, Maintaining all records of Quality Control and Food Safety, Training and Evaluating any new hires. This role is a rostered 4/7 days shift from 6pm to 4am. You must provide your own transport to and from the bakery as transport will not be provided.
