• BS/BA degree in Human Resources, Business
• 2-4 years or progressive experience in lent Acquisition and Employee Engagement, preferably in a manufacturing/multinational environment.
• Strong sourcing abilities, public speaking/presentation skills, creative event planning, and proficiency in MS Office
• Strong conversational English both written and verbal
