- To support lead QA daily QA/QC activities
- To support communication with 3rd party labs about testing inquiries/issues, negotiate testing cost when necessary, and facilitate testing lead time reduction, work with sourcing - team and suppliers on testing issues
- To support work out Corrective Action Plan together with factory/sourcing.
Communication with Agency customer’ s quality...
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or science or Material academic background
- 2-4 years working QA experience in 3rd testing laboratory, manufacturer, retailing or sourcing company
- Must have experience in Hardline products such as indoor or outdoor furniture product, décor, lighting products, etc. testing experience is a plus
