*Job Summary* We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Kitchen Supervisor to lead our culinary team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will possess strong supervisory skills and a passion for food, ensuring that all kitchen operations run smoothly and efficiently. This role involves overseeing food preparation, line cooking, maintaining high standards of food safety, and fostering a positive work environment.

*Responsibilities*

  • Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality food production.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen at all times.
  • Assist in menu planning and food preparation, ensuring that all dishes meet our quality standards.
  • Train new kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques, food handling practices, and safety protocols.
  • Manage inventory levels, including ordering supplies and minimizing waste.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring excellent customer service at all times.
  • Collaborate with management to develop strategies for improving kitchen operations and enhancing guest satisfaction.

*Qualifications*

  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within the food industry or hospitality sector.
  • Strong knowledge of food handling, safety regulations, and kitchen operations.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating positive dining experiences.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Previous experience as a cook is required; culinary training is a plus.
