STORE SUPERVISOR

Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Outlet In charge of managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction and ensuring that all safety and sanitation standards are met.

Qualifications/Requirements: Bachelor's Degree preferably in Food, Hotel and Restaurant Management or Administration and/or any Business Related course. with at least 1 year of leadership function in a service oriented industry such as retail, hotel, restaurant or quick service restaurant, among others is an advantage. Demonstrates high customer management orientation, with ability to make decisions and take actions to ensure customer needs are met. People management capability in coaching, developing and supervising a team. Knowledge on basic store operations, with capability to assess operational improvements, compliance to defined standards, sales, and profitability. Willing to be relocate/Assign in Cebu City Area; Ayala Center Cebu, Robinsons Galleria and South Area; Mambaling, Banawa, SM Seaside, Minglanilla, Lapulapu, Talisay Area, Mambaling Area, SRP, Tabunok and Dumlog.
