As a Data Analyst (gn), you will become part of our Business Insights Team in the Digital Department and contribute significantly to enabling data-driven decisions throughout the entire company.

Your mission with us

• You work closely with stakeholders, understand their functional challenges, and translate them into scalable analytical solutions
• You develop and maintain reliable, scalable datasets as well as reporting tables using SQL and modern transformation tools such as dbt
• You design, develop, and optimize dashboards that enable data-driven decisions throughout the entire company
• You analyze data, identify trends, potentials, and concrete recommendations for action for the business
• You define, implement, and continuously further develop KPIs, metrics, and reporting standards
• You ensure high data quality through testing, validation, and structured analysis processes
• You drive the further development of our analytics landscape by continuously improving documentation, standards, reusable components, and best practices
• You take responsibility for your own subject areas and, together with the team, strengthen our analytics competencies

Your experience and skills

• You have at least two years of professional experience in the field of Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Analytics Engineering, or a comparable position
• You possess very good SQL skills and enjoy working with data
• You have practical experience with modern data transformation tools such as dbt
• You have experience in building dashboards with BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI
• You understand Data Warehouse concepts and can translate functional questions into scalable analytical solutions
• You communicate confidently with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• You work independently, take responsibility, and approach challenges in a structured and solution-oriented manner
• You have very good English skills; German skills are an advantage
• You work regularly with your team on-site in our Hamburg office
