We're partnering with a leading international mental health and wellbeing provider to recruit an Inside Sales Team Leader for its brand-new Dublin operation.

Your tasks

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced sales manager to develop talent, improve performance and play a key role in building a high performing inside sales function.

Reporting to the Director of Inside Sales, you'll lead, coach and motivate a team of sales professionals, helping them achieve their targets while maintaining high standards of quality and customer engagement.

You'll also play a key role in recruitment, onboarding, performance management and the continuous improvement of sales processes.

Requirements

Excellent benefits and career progression Are you an experienced sales leader who knows how to coach people to perform at their best?

• At least three years' sales management experience within a call centre or inside sales environment.
• Previous experience as a Sales Team Leader, Sales Manager or similar.
• A strong track record of coaching individuals and improving team performance.
• Confidence analysing KPIs, sales data and call quality.
• Excellent communication, organisational and leadership skills.
• Ambition, resilience and a genuine passion for developing people.
