Plural Clubhouse is a lifestyle destination focused on athletic performance, fitness, recovery, wellness, and community. We are looking for a skilled and professional Sports Deep Tissue Masseuse to support our members’ recovery, muscle relaxation, and overall physical well-being.
Your tasks
- Perform professional deep tissue massage and sports recovery treatments tailored to clients’ needs.
- Assess clients’ muscle tension and physical concerns to recommend suitable massage techniques.
- Support muscle recovery, reduce muscle tension, and improve mobility through appropriate massage techniques.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and treatment room preparation.
- Ensure all massage equipment, linens, and treatment areas are clean and properly maintained.
- Provide professional, friendly, and personalized service to members and guests.
- Follow company SOPs, safety procedures, and service standards.
- Communicate effectively with the team to ensure a smooth client experience.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Deep Tissue Massage Therapist, Sports Masseuse, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of deep tissue massage, sports massage, and muscle recovery techniques.
- Relevant massage therapy certification or professional training is preferred.
- Good understanding of muscle anatomy, pressure techniques, and contraindications.
- Professional, attentive, and client-focused attitude.
- Good communication skills in English; Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
- Able to maintain professional boundaries, confidentiality, and high hygiene standards.
- Willing to work on a shift schedule, including weekends and public holidays when required.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
