Graphic Designer

About the Role ARRO is looking for a Graphic Designer to support the visual direction of our brands and ventures. You will be responsible for translating ideas and brand requirements into thoughtful, consistent, and high-quality visual work across digital, print, and physical formats. We are looking for someone with strong visual fundamentals, an editorial eye, and a high level of attention to detail. You should be able to take ownership of a project from brief through final production without requiring constant supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop visual assets across digital, print, and physical formats.
- Create layouts, typography systems, marketing materials, brand assets, and campaign collateral.
- Maintain consistency across existing brand identities and visual systems.
- Develop and adapt logos and identity marks when required.
- Prepare production-ready artwork and coordinate directly with printers and external vendors.
- Manage projects from initial brief to final delivery, ensuring quality and accuracy.
- Collaborate with the Brand Operations Lead and other teams to translate creative briefs into effective visual solutions.
- Proactively identify visual gaps and suggest improvements to existing brand materials.
- Ensure accuracy in typography, spacing, alignment, colour, margins, and overall composition.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of professional graphic design experience.
- Experience working with hospitality, fashion, wellness, lifestyle, or similar brands is preferred.
- Strong understanding of typography, hierarchy, layout, and visual composition.
- Strong editorial and visual sensibility with a preference for refined and considered design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and Figma or Canva.
- Good understanding of print production, including bleed, colour profiles, file preparation, and vendor-ready exports.
- Experience coordinating directly with printers or production vendors.
- Experience developing or adapting logos and identity marks within an established brand system.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating work across multiple formats and applications.

- Strong use of typography, photography, composition, and layout.
- A restrained and thoughtful visual approach rather than relying heavily on trends or effects.
- A short rationale explaining the thinking behind selected projects.
- Portfolios focused primarily on Canva templates, heavy gradients/trend effects, or wedding and event graphics only may not be considered.
