Creative Designer

ABOUT THE POSITION

We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who is not just a strong executor, but also a confident creative thinker — someone who can manage their own workflow, present ideas clearly, and elevate the visual quality of every project they touch.

Daily Responsibilities

• Execute high-quality Digital Imaging (DI) for product visuals, ensuring great details and alignment with brand standards.
• Design and produce engaging social media posts tailored to various platforms and audiences.
• Develop and refine Key Visual (KV) layouts for marketing campaigns, events, or product launches.
• Apply advanced lighting techniques and photo manipulation to enhance the quality and appeal of visuals.
• Review and refine designs based on feedback, maintaining consistency and excellence in execution
• Join brainstorming sessions: contributing visual ideas, proposing creative directions, and collaborating with the team to shape concepts from the ground up

• Branding (for brands and artists)
• Visual production (photoshoots, TV commercials, music videos)
• Concept development (events, exhibitions)

How to Determine if You’re a Good Fit

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in graphic design, with a portfolio showcasing expertise in product DI, social posts, and KV layouts.
• Exceptional skills in lighting techniques and photo manipulation, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other design tools (knowledge of 3D software or motion graphics is a plus).
• Strong understanding of modern design trends, particularly in digital advertising and social media.
• Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality output.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
• A portfolio demonstrating strong execution in lighting, photo manipulation, and the specified design areas is mandatory.
