Service operations planner in wind power to Malmö
Do you want to be part of ensuring an efficient and safe operation of the energy solutions of the future? We are now looking for a Service Operations Planner who wants to take a key role in the planning and coordination of service and maintenance activities for wind turbines.
In the role, you will work closely with Site Operations Managers, technicians, and other stakeholders to ensure that the right resources, competencies, and equipment are in place to carry out planned and emergency maintenance interventions. You will become an important link between planning and operations with a focus on high quality, safety, and efficiency.
Work tasks
As a Service Operations Planner, you are responsible for planning, coordinating, and following up on maintenance work within the wind power operations. Your main tasks include:
- Planning and scheduling of preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Resource and capacity planning for technicians, equipment, and external suppliers.
- Handling and follow-up of work orders, service orders, and notifications in business and maintenance systems.
- Coordination of inspections, component replacements, and major service interventions.
- Coordination of cranes, lifting equipment, and other special equipment.
- Leading and participating in weekly and monthly planning meetings with the operations organization.
- Follow-up of key performance indicators, implementation rates, and planning results.
- Supporting the business with reporting, forecasts, and continuous improvement work.
- Ensuring optimal utilization of internal and external resources.
Qualifications
We are looking for you who have a technical interest and a good understanding of maintenance operations, preferably from the wind power industry.
To succeed in the role, we see that you have:
- At least two years of experience as a wind power technician, senior technician, site manager, or from a similar operational role.
- Experience in planning and coordination of maintenance activities.
- Good understanding of work order management, maintenance processes, and resource planning.
- Experience with SAP or other CMMS-/ERP-system.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Strong analytical ability and a structured way of working.
- Ability to handle many contact points and simultaneously maintain high quality in delivery.
- Very good knowledge of English, both spoken and written.

Employment form: The assignment is a consultancy assignment that initially extends to 1 November 2027, where you will be employed as a consultant via The Place and work at our client.
Working hours: Full-time 40h/week
