Site Manager - High-Rise

Site Manager High-Rise Residential & Complex Envelope Delivery Luton | up to £55,000 + Package We're recruiting a Site Manager to join the delivery team on a significant high-rise residential scheme in Luton. Working alongside the Senior Site Manager and Project Manager, you'll manage day-to-day site activities, coordinate subcontractors and ensure works are delivered safely, on programme and to the required quality standards across façade/envelope and internal construction packages. What we're looking for: Previous Site Manager experience on high-rise residential / multi-storey projects.

Exposure to both façade/envelope packages and internal construction works.

Confident managing subcontractors, programme and site logistics.

Good understanding of QA, building safety and site compliance.

Organised, proactive and comfortable working in a busy construction environment.

SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid.
