*Duties*

• Serving tables
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
• Operate POS systems for order entry and payment processing.
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards and alcohol service regulations.
• Assist with inventory management, including tracking stock levels and placing orders as needed.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
• Demonstrate strong time management skills to efficiently serve multiple customers during peak hours.

*Requirements*

• Proven experience as a Bartender or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Knowledge of bartending techniques, drink recipes, and mixology principles.
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic math skills for handling transactions.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests.
• Understanding of food handling practices and food safety regulations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during busy shifts.
• A positive attitude, teamwork mentality, and willingness to help others in the workplace.
