Credit Controller

About the company

The One Group are exclusively partnering with an established business based in Ely, who are looking to recruit for an experienced Credit Controller to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.

Your tasks

• Issue accurate and timely invoices to customers.
• Analyse financial data, credit reports, and payment histories to make informed credit decisions.
• Contact customers to follow up on outstanding balances and resolve payment discrepancies.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers while ensuring the prompt resolution of payment issues.
• Provide timely updates on credit-related issues to management.
• Evaluate the creditworthiness of new and existing customers.
• Prepare and present regular reports on the status of customer accounts, collections, and credit risk.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a credit control focussed role
• Ability to work on-site Monday - Friday
• Good excel skills

What we offer

• £30,000-£33,000 per annum, depending on experience
