Property Consultant | Property Consultant and Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Prospect and approach new customers through various channels such as Social Media, connection networks, and customer lists provided by the company
• Provide professional advice regarding housing needs, market trends, and investment opportunities

• Present and lead customers to view projects, including both condominiums and houses
• Negotiate prices, terms, and various agreements to achieve the best results for all parties

• Coordinate and assist customers through various stages, from contract signing and bank loan applications to the ownership transfer process
• Manage and maintain long-term relationships with customers and property owners

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree 1–3 years or more of experience in the real estate industry Good English communication skills, both speaking and writing Ability to communicate in Chinese or other languages will be given special consideration Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Understanding of technology, including online marketing and content creation on Social Media Highly enthusiastic, goal-oriented, and able to work flexible hours, including working on holidays when necessary Possess a private car and a driver's license
