Your tasks

  • Routine Inspections: Conducting regular walk-throughs of the property to identify and resolve maintenance issues before they become major problems.
  • Repairs & Troubleshooting: Performing basic repairs on plumbing (leaks, clogs), electrical fixtures (bulbs, switches), and HVAC systems (filter changes, basic cleaning).

Requirements

Qualifications/Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Vocational Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, or a related technical field.
  • Proven experience as Maintenance Staff, Handyman, or in a similar technical role, preferably in a hotel or commercial building.
  • Basic knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, carpentry, and masonry.
