Beautician

We are seeking a Beautician to provide professional beauty treatments and deliver a high standard of customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide beauty and personal care treatments according to the company's service standards.
• Perform facial, skincare, body care and other beauty treatments according to training and assigned duties.
• Conduct basic consultation with customers to understand their beauty and treatment needs.
• Explain suitable treatments, services, packages and beauty products to customers.
• Maintain good customer relationships and provide professional after-treatment advice.
• Prepare treatment rooms, equipment and materials before and after each treatment.
• Ensure treatment areas, equipment and tools are properly cleaned and maintained.
• Follow hygiene, safety and operating procedures at all times.
• Maintain accurate customer treatment and service records where required.
• Assist with appointment scheduling and general salon operations.
• Support promotional activities and introduce suitable services and products to customers.
• Attend company training and continuously improve treatment techniques, product knowledge and customer-service skills.
• Assist colleagues and management with other salon-related duties when required.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in beauty, skincare, facial or wellness services is preferred.
• Candidates with relevant beauty training or certification will have an advantage.
• Good customer service and communication skills.
• Able to perform beauty treatments professionally and follow established treatment procedures.
• Willing to learn new beauty techniques, treatments and products.
• Able to work effectively as part of a salon team.
• Responsible, service-oriented and attentive to hygiene and cleanliness.
• Able to work according to the salon's operating schedule, including weekends and public holidays where rostered.
