Job Summary: We are looking for a responsible and experienced Beautician . The ideal candidate must ensure excellent customer service and drive the shop’s performance and profitability. Key Responsibilities: Help customer to choose the appropriate service Respond politely to client queries Take ownership of the cleanliness of the shop and working area Perform adequate stock take, maintain timely replenishment Enter client information into systems accurately Handle opening and closing procedures, including daily cash reconciliation Requirements: Prior work experience in salon, beauty or service industry Good interpersonal and communication skills.
