Job Summary
Support warehouse operations by managing inventory receipt, inspection, and stock accuracy. Assist customers professionally by recommending products and ensuring timely order processing and delivery.
Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, count, and stock inventory accurately in the warehouse
- Process orders efficiently to meet customer expectations and business timelines
- Inspect items for damage or faults and update inventory records accordingly
- Pick and pack items following specified packing guidelines to ensure order accuracy
- Collaborate effectively with team members to support warehouse and sales operations
- Conduct bi-annual stock takes to verify all products in the warehouse
- Monitor and maintain stock accuracy by reconciling physical stock with inventory management system records
- Record all stock movements promptly to ensure inventory accuracy
- Handle customer complaints with tact and diplomacy to resolve issues professionally
- Greet walk-in customers warmly and professionally to create a positive experience
- Introduce company product features and recommend suitable products based on customer needs
- Coordinate with relevant personnel to ensure product availability and timely delivery
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience in warehouse inventory management and customer service
- Knowledge of musical instruments and related products
