The Monkey Tree Pub is looking for an experienced, dependable and hands-on *Bar Manager* to join our team.
This is a working management position. We?re looking for someone who enjoys bartending, knows how to keep a bar running smoothly and is confident leading a small team.

*WHAT YOU?LL BE DOING*
- Reporting directly to the owners
- Bartending and working alongside your team
- Managing and supporting a small staff
- Creating and managing staff schedules
- Ordering liquor, beer and other bar supplies
- Managing liquor and bar inventory
- Monitoring stock levels and controlling waste
- Overseeing opening and closing procedures
- Maintaining a clean, organized and well-run bar
- Ensuring responsible liquor service and compliance with liquor regulations
- Helping create a great atmosphere for both customers and staff
*WHO WE?RE LOOKING FOR*
- Experienced bartender
- Previous management or supervisory experience preferred
- Organized, reliable and accountable
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Comfortable making day-to-day decisions
- Willing to jump in wherever needed
- *Must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required*
