Job Duties

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and restaurant standards.
• Prepare ingredients, sauces, and food items for service.
• Maintain food quality, portion control, and presentation.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely.
• Follow food-safety and sanitation procedures.
• Keep workstations and kitchen areas clean and organized.
• Assist with receiving, storing, and rotating food supplies.
• Work efficiently with the kitchen team during busy service periods.

Requirements

• Previous cooking or restaurant experience is an asset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food-handler certification is an asset.
