Bar Captain

Responsibilities:

• Lead and support the daily bar operations.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and coffee beverages.
• Supervise, coach, and schedule the bar and service team.
• Ensure excellent guest service and consistent beverage quality.
• Monitor inventory, cleanliness, and hygiene standards.
• Handle guest concerns professionally

Requirements:

• Willing to work on-site in Gili Meno
• Conversational English is required (additional languages are an advantage).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, coffee preparation, and bar operations.
• Hands-on leader with excellent communication and team management skills.
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Well groomed
• Positive attitude, reliable, and team-oriented.
