RESERVATION OFFICER

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience in reservations or hospitality.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Familiar with OTA platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia) is a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
