Senior Building Technician / Building Technician

Responsibilities: Handle projects assigned. Handle ad-hoc rectification works with technicians. Check and identify building defects Attend to any emergency breakdown of services Follow up with contractors on rectification works. Perform minor troubleshooting of M&E critical equipment. Liaise with finance and admin assistant for admin-related matters. Any ad-hoc matters assigned by supervisor. Requirements: Candidate must possess minimum NITEC / Higher NITEC in Building / Estate Management / Real Estate / Engineering in Electronic & Electrical / Mechanical / Mechatronic or equivalent Independent, meticulous, tactful and able to work in a fast-paced environment Strong analytical and interpersonal skills 3 to 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Full-Time position(s) available. 5.5 days work week (office hours).
