📍 Location: Pecatu, Uluwatu – Bali 💼 Full Time

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are looking for a friendly, responsible, and service-oriented Villa Butler to take care of our guests and support daily villa operations.

JOB DESK:

• Welcome and assist guests during check-in & check-out.
• Assist guests with their daily requests.
• Communicate with guests through WhatsApp and in person.
• Prepare and serve simple breakfast.
• Keep the villa clean, tidy, and guest-ready.
• Prepare guest amenities, towels, drinking water, etc.
• Assist with light housekeeping when needed.
• Assist with simple breakfast preparation and serving.
• Prepare and arrange the breakfast/dining area.⁠
• Assist guests with transportation, restaurant, spa, and tour arrangements.
• Monitor basic villa facilities and report any problems.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams.
• Assist with special guest requests and villa activities.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum SMK/D1/D2 Hospitality
• Hospitality experience is preferred.
• Basic–Intermediate English.
• Friendly, polite, and well-groomed.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Responsible, honest, and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently.
• Willing to work weekends and public holidays.
• Own motorcycle and SIM C preferred.

📍 LOCATION REQUIREMENT

Priority will be given to candidates living around Pecatu, Uluwatu, Bingin, Padang-Padang, Balangan, Ungasan, and nearby areas (20-30mnt).
