Skills & Knowledge:

Customer and personal service- knowledge of principles and processes for providing members and customer service. This includes needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction. Ability to develop and sustain productive member and guest relationships.

Restaurant Manager
