line cook

The Lodge Kitchen & Bar is hiring a Full Time experienced line cook to join our team, this position is for 5 nights per week.

We are looking for someone with at least 1 year of experience in a fast paced environment, someone who knows their way around a kitchen and has a great work ethic.

We are looking for open availability, however this is negotiable. The right candidate will be able to work until midnight on some nights of the week, as well as be able to lift 20kgs unassisted. Must be able to work unsupervised.
