Bartender/Bar Supervisor

What You Will Do Bartender Core Responsibilities Bar Preparation & Mise en Place: Squeezing fresh juices, prepping garnishes, preparing house-made syrups, infusions, and batching signature cocktails before service.

Drink Crafting & Service: Crafting high-volume traditional and signature cocktails (margaritas, palomas, mezcal negronis), pouring beers/spirits, and maintaining speed without compromising quality.

Tequila & Mezcal Guest Education: Recommending pairings, explaining production methods (e.g., Highland vs. Lowland agave, artisanal smoke profiles in mezcal), and guiding guests through tasting flights.

Guest Engagement & Energy: Creating a lively, welcoming atmosphere at the counter, building rapport with regulars, and managing seat turnarounds.

Bar Maintenance & Stocking: Maintaining high hygiene/sanitation standards, keeping the speed rail organized, restocking glassware, ice, and spirits throughout shifts.

Additional Supervisory Responsibilities Inventory & Cost Control: Weekly/monthly stock counts, managing spirit allocations, variance tracking, minimizing spillage/waste, and assisting with beverage ordering.

Shift Management & Floor Operations: Opening and closing the bar, managing cash drawers, overseeing mid-shift flow, and ensuring health/safety standards are strictly enforced.

Team Leadership & Training: Onboarding new bartenders, conducting tasting sessions on new spirits or seasonal cocktails, and keeping service standards consistent across the team. What will you get?
