Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities for TLCA. Research and build a pipeline of potential corporate, retail, institutional, and bulk-order clients. Approach companies, organisations, hotels, schools, event planners, retailers and other potential partners. Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients. Present TLCA’s products, services and corporate/bulk-order solutions to potential clients. Prepare and send proposals, quotations and relevant sales materials. Follow up consistently on leads, proposals and business opportunities. Negotiate commercial terms within approved company guidelines. Identify opportunities for branded apparel, corporate gifts, uniforms, bulk purchases and special projects. Explore potential retail partnerships, stockist opportunities and new sales channels. Identify relevant events, exhibitions, markets and collaborations that can create business opportunities for TLCA. Maintain an updated database and pipeline of prospects, leads and active opportunities. Track the progress of business opportunities from initial contact through to closure. Provide regular reports on leads, meetings, proposals, conversions and projected revenue. Gather market and competitor information and communicate useful insights to management. Work closely with the Creative, Production and Operations teams to ensure client requirements can be delivered effectively. Represent TLCA professionally during meetings, exhibitions, networking events and business engagements.

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in business development, B2B sales, corporate sales, partnerships or a related role. Proven ability to generate leads and convert opportunities into revenue. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Strong relationship-building and networking abilities. Commercially minded with a strong understanding of sales. Comfortable making cold calls, sending proposals, and approaching new businesses. Strong follow-up and lead management skills. Ability to identify opportunities and take initiative without waiting to be instructed. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and basic CRM or sales-tracking tools. Strong organisational and reporting skills. Ability to work with targets and measurable business objectives. Experience in fashion, apparel, retail, branding, corporate sales, or creative industries is an advantage. A strong existing business network is an added advantage.
