Residential Conveyancer Remote Working

Your tasks

• You will manage your own residential conveyancing transactions from initial instruction through to completion and post-completion, handling a varied caseload that includes freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, shared ownership and new-build plot purchases.
• You will be trusted to work independently, organise your workload effectively and keep transactions progressing smoothly.
• Building strong relationships with clients, introducers and colleagues will be key to your success, alongside maintaining the high professional and regulatory standards expected of the firm.

Requirements

• Applications are sought from Residential Property Solicitors or Legal Executives with a minimum of 4 Years PQE who have the technical expertise, organisation and self-motivation to thrive in a remote working environment.
• The ability to manage a full caseload independently, from instruction through to completion.
• Strong technical knowledge of both freehold and leasehold transactions.
• Experience across a range of residential property matters, including sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity.
• Excellent communication and client care skills, with the ability to explain complex legal matters clearly.
• Strong time management skills and the discipline to manage deadlines effectively while working remotely.
• A positive, collaborative approach and a commitment to providing an excellent service to clients and referrers.
