We are working with a prestigious global law firm to recruit a Marketing Coordinator to join its collaborative Marketing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised, commercially minded individual to take a hands-on role in delivering impactful client engagement and marketing initiatives across the London office, region and wider firm.

As the Marketing Coordinator, you will work closely with lawyers, marketing and business development colleagues and teams across the firm's international network. You will play a key role in delivering events, client entertainment, communications and wider marketing initiatives designed to strengthen client relationships and enhance the firm's profile.

This is a varied role that would suit someone who enjoys working across multiple projects, building strong relationships with stakeholders and bringing marketing activity to life from initial planning through to delivery and evaluation.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Planning and coordinating client events, sponsorships and other marketing initiatives from start to finish.
  • Working with lawyers and internal stakeholders to identify relevant opportunities and develop targeted invitation lists.
  • Coordinating invitations, registrations, event materials and pre- and post-event activity.
  • Supporting client entertainment activity, including the management and allocation of the firm's sports and event ticket inventory.
  • Tracking ticket usage and preparing utilisation reports.
  • Drafting and reviewing lawyer biographies and supporting internal and external marketing communications.
  • Developing content for the firm's intranet, website and social media channels, including regional news announcements.
  • Identifying speaking opportunities and supporting lawyers with relevant credentials and materials.
  • Supporting marketing initiatives and events that further the firm's Inclusion programmes.
  • Maintaining accurate marketing and client engagement information across systems including Salesforce, InterAction and Foundation.
  • Working with Creative colleagues on marketing materials, sponsorships and advertising.
  • Supporting the procurement and distribution of promotional materials.
  • Conducting research into clients, contacts, industries and competitors.
  • Supporting training for lawyers and professional staff on relevant marketing tools and platforms.
  • Contributing to wider marketing projects and initiatives as required.

We are looking for someone with excellent written and proofreading skills, strong attention to detail and the confidence to build effective relationships with lawyers and senior stakeholders.

You will ideally have:

  • At least two years' experience in marketing, business development, programme/event planning or a related field.
  • Experience within a law firm or professional services environment would be highly advantageous.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with CRM, pipeline or experience-management systems such as InterAction, Salesforce or Foundation would be desirable.

Above all, you'll be a collaborative and proactive team player who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with a broad range of stakeholders.

The London team operates within an inclusive, collegiate and collaborative culture, with business professionals working closely with lawyers and international colleagues.

A highly competitive salary range is on offer, plus a leading benefits package, and 3:2 hybrid working arrangements are in place.
