- Prepare daily orders to a consistently high standard
- Lead the production of seasonal creations
- Develop new products and ensure consistent output quantities for orders
- Develop existing product lines
- Collaborate closely with the team on limited-edition releases
Requirements
- Prior experience in pastry/bakery production
- Good command of English and able to communicate fluently with the team
- Able to take initiative and contribute to product development
- Good stock and inventory management skills
- Able to work rotating shifts, including occasional early mornings or night coverage
