*Role Overview:*

We are looking for a *Physiotherapy Assistant/Receptionist* to join our team. This dual-role position will support both *patient care* and *administrative duties*, helping us maintain a smooth, efficient clinic while providing *top-quality care* to everyone that walks through our doors.

*Position:*

• Full-Time _Morning_ hours (30-40 hours per week)
• Additional coverage when available
• Weekday shifts with occasional weekend availability

*Key Responsibilities:*

• Assist physiotherapists with patient treatments and exercises
• Operate modalities to aid in patient care
• Prepare patients for therapy sessions and provide clear instructions for exercises
• Ensure the cleanliness, organization, and proper sanitation of treatment rooms and equipment
• Manage supplies and promptly report any inventory shortages
• Communicate effectively with therapists and patients to ensure smooth patient care
• Maintain a positive and welcoming clinic environment
• Assist with any other tasks that support the daily operation of the clinic

*Qualifications:*

• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Proficient in *JaneApp* (preferred) and *MS Office* is an asset
• Previous healthcare, physiotherapy, or customer service experience is preferred
• Ability to problem-solve and "think on your toes"
• Energetic, organized, and able to work well in a team environment
