Payroll Specialist @ AMK

Job Summary Join a collaborative team to manage end-to-end payroll processing for over 500 employees. You will ensure seamless data transfers between HR systems, guarantee timely payouts, and help improve our payroll processes. Key Responsibilities Payroll Processing: Handle full-cycle payroll (regular and off-cycle) for 500+ employees. This includes calculating pro-rated salary for new hires/resignees, managing CPF submissions, processing claims (transport/dental), and submitting Government Paid Leave/NS claims.

Finance & Banking: Ensure bank details are accurate, submit bank files on time, and provide payroll General Ledgers (GL) to Finance for reconciliation.

Coordination: Partner with HR teams to gather required payroll data and inputs.

System & Process Improvement: Check HR-to-Payroll system data for accuracy. Investigate errors, report them to managers/clients, and suggest solutions to improve efficiency.

Auditing: Securely archive payroll files to support both annual and ad-hoc audits.

Customer Service: Respond to employee and client payroll queries via email professionally and clearly. Requirement:

Minimum GCE ‘O’ Levels, ‘A’ Levels or Diploma Minimum 3 years of experience in end-to-end payroll and/or claims processing, preferably with knowledge of SAP systems. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, minimally Intermediate level Individuals with customer-facing experience will be preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong analytical skills Meticulous and have a keen eye for details with an inquiring mind.
