Restaurant Shift Supervisor and Waiters

We are looking for a Shift Supervisor and Waiters for part-time employment for the winter season for our restaurant. The restaurant operates on the second floor of the LumiLinna area's meeting and event house. The restaurant is open year-round, serving mainly international tourists during the winter months and, at other times of the year, both local diners as well as meeting clients and event organizers.

With us, you will be able to bring your own views to the fore and participate in product development and operational improvement. We value customer-centricity, situational awareness, initiative, as well as an eye for aesthetics and cleanliness. You will recommend and suggest, as well as contribute your own effort to the restaurant's upselling. Due to the international customer base, you must have fluent English skills, and other language skills will be read in your favor.
