If you’re an experienced Repairs Specialist who can turn their hand to a range of jobs and takes pride in their work we'd like to hear from you.

As a Repairs Specialist at Hyde, you’ll be working in our homes carrying out day-to-day repairs and maintenance and delivering exceptional customer service to our residents.

What you’ll be doing

• Carrying out multi-trade repairs including plumbing, carpentry, plastering and general maintenance
• Fixing day-to-day issues such as kitchens, bathrooms, leaks, walls and flooring
• Completing patch plastering, minor tiling, painting and similar finishing works
• Working on your own jobs but also alongside other trades when needed
• Following work orders and reporting back on progress and materials used
• Consistently working safely and following Hyde’s health and safety procedures
• Providing a professional, friendly service to customers in their homes

What we’re looking for

• Experience in maintenance/repairs of kitchens and bathrooms in domestic properties
• Confident using hand and power tools
• A practical problem-solver who can spot issues and fix them properly
• Good communication skills and a customer-friendly attitude
• Experience working in social housing is desirable
• A full, valid UK driving licence
