As an Estate Cleaner at Hyde, you will play an important role in maintaining clean, safe and welcoming communal areas across our residential blocks and community assets. You will help ensure our customers enjoy a positive living environment by carrying out cleaning duties, supporting basic upkeep and responding professionally to customer enquiries or concerns.

Key Duties

  • Keep communal areas, including hallways, stairwells, lobbies and common rooms, clean, tidy and well maintained.
  • Carry out regular cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming and cleaning windows, doors and surfaces.
  • Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies and toiletries in communal areas as required.
  • Manage waste disposal, recycling collections and outdoor areas in line with local guidelines.
  • Respond courteously to customer enquiries and concerns, helping to maintain a safe and positive environment.

As an Estate Cleaner we’re seeking someone who can bring:

  • Proven experience in a similar cleaning, caretaking or estate services role, ideally within a residential or community setting.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers, colleagues and contractors.
  • A proactive mindset and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety and presentation.
  • The ability to follow health and safety procedures and respond promptly to hazards, risks or customer concerns.
