About the role

As a structural design engineer at Talent 360, you will be responsible for designing and analyzing structural systems for a variety of projects while ensuring compliance with engineering standards, project requirements, and applicable building codes. You will contribute to project delivery through technical expertise, coordination, and high-quality engineering documentation.

Key responsibilities

Perform structural design and analysis for reinforced concrete and steel structures across a variety of building and infrastructure projects.

Develop structural models and engineering calculations using industry-standard software.

Prepare and review structural drawings, design reports, calculations, and technical documentation.

Coordinate with architectural, MEP, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated project delivery.

Ensure all structural designs comply with local and international design codes, standards, and project specifications.

Participate in BIM coordination and contribute to the development of accurate structural models.

Conduct engineering calculations and support QA/QC reviews to ensure design accuracy and quality.

Participate in site visits, inspections, and provide technical support during construction when required.

Assist in resolving technical design challenges and provide practical engineering solutions.

Maintain accurate project documentation and support project delivery within established timelines.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.

1–3 years of experience in structural design engineering.

Experience within an engineering consultancy environment is preferred.

Strong knowledge of reinforced concrete and steel structure design.

Proficiency in BIM workflows and Autodesk Revit.

Strong experience using ETABS, SAFE, SAP2000, and Microsoft Office.

Good understanding of structural analysis, engineering standards, and building codes.

Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and coordination skills with multidisciplinary teams.

Ability to manage multiple design tasks and meet project deadlines.
