Location: Paya Lebar Salary: Up to $3,500 + Incentives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to placement
- Handle Temp, Contract and Permanent recruitment assignments
- Source and screen candidates through multiple recruitment channels
- Prepare and publish job advertisements
- Conduct candidate interviews and assessments
- Develop new client accounts and business opportunities
- Maintain relationships with existing clients
- Understand and advise on clients' recruitment requirements
- Coordinate interviews and follow up on candidate and client feedback
- Ensure a smooth recruitment process for both clients and candidates
- Mentor and guide junior consultants as a Senior Consultant
Requirements
- Diploma in any discipline
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Motivated and results-oriented
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
- Able to work independently and collaboratively
- Recruitment experience will be an advantage
- Individuals without recruitment experience but with strong sales or customer-facing experience are welcome
