Chief Operations Officer (Insurance)

Job Description:-

• Oversee the Group's day-to-day operations across Singapore and regional offices, ensuring operational efficiency and alignment with business objectives.
• Work closely with the CEO and senior management to execute business strategies, drive growth and improve operational performance.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, including Sales, Business Development, Case Management and Operations.
• Develop and implement operational policies, procedures and internal controls to enhance productivity and governance.
• Monitor business performance, operational risks, budgets and key performance indicators, and implement improvement initiatives.
• Ensure operational activities comply with applicable regulatory requirements, internal policies and governance standards.
• Drive regional coordination, resource planning and continuous improvement initiatives.
