At The Greater Change (TGC), we’re opening the door to a small founding group of Independent Recruitment Partners — experienced recruiters who want to build and run their own recruitment practice without starting from zero.

Your tasks

You own your clients, specialisation, and success. We give you the platform, infrastructure, tools, and support to build your business properly.

• Build your own client base in the industry or niche you know best
• Run searches end to end, from first briefing to signed offer
• Source, screen, and present candidates who make clients say "exactly right"
• Become the trusted name in your specialisation
• Share market insight and ideas with a small, ambitious founding group

Requirements

• A solid recruitment background with a proven track record of placements
• Deep knowledge of a specific industry or role specialisation
• The ability to win client relationships and manage a search from briefing to placement
• An entrepreneurial mindset: self-driven, accountable, and ambitious
• Genuine care for clients and candidates alike
• A GCC network (preferred)
