FUNCTIONS

- Plan, innovate, and update beverages based on the guidelines defined by management and main industry trends.

REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of one year of experience in the preparation of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Basic knowledge in:

- Wines, liquors, distillates
- Classic, modern, and signature cocktails
