We?re currently seeking a *talented, experienced Brow Artist* who has an eye for detail, a passion for symmetry, and a deep understanding of how brows can elevate the face.

*Position Overview:*

As a Brow Artist at The Gold Method, you?ll deliver luxury brow services tailored to each client?s unique features. You must have experience in shaping, tinting, waxing, and ideally lamination. We're looking for someone who views brows as a form of artistry ? and who operates with intention, professionalism, and high standards.

*Responsibilities:*

• Perform expert-level brow shaping, tinting, waxing, and lamination
• Consult with clients to understand facial structure and aesthetic goals
• Maintain impeccable sanitation and hygiene standards
• Educate clients on at-home care and brow maintenance
• Recommend retail products when appropriate
• Provide an exceptional client experience in alignment with The Gold Method?s values
• Manage appointment timing with care and consistency
• Photograph and document results for social media and/or client records

*Requirements:*

• Valid aesthetician certification or brow artist/waxing training *(required)*
• Minimum 1?2 years of working experience as a Brow Artist
• Skilled in brow shaping and tinting (waxing, tweezing, lamination preferred)
• A strong aesthetic eye and attention to symmetry and detail
• Punctual, reliable, and able to maintain a polished, professional demeanor
• A loyal or growing client base is a major plus
• Comfortable with client photography (before/after) and light content capture
• Passionate about clean beauty, natural results, and client care
