All Day Dining Buffet Restaurant Supervisor

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Operational Leadership Support the Assistant Manager / Outlet Manager in executing daily outlet operations in line with Forbes 5-Star standards Supervise service areas and ensure correct setup, readiness, and execution during all meal periods Ensure all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs),service sequences, and brand standards are consistently followed Monitor service flow and address operational challenges promptly, escalating issues when required Ensure accurate execution of outlet promotions, special events, and guest requests Guest Experience & Service Excellence Lead by example in delivering anticipatory, personalized, and gracious service Proactively engage with guests to ensure satisfaction and resolve concerns professionally Collect guest feedback and communicate insights to management for service improvement Ensure staff demonstrate proper service etiquette, grooming, and communication standards at all times Requirements: Minimum 2–4 years’ experience in Food & Beverage service operations Previous experience in a luxury or 5-Star hotel environment preferred
