Bartender

Bartender Location: Singapore Responsibilities Prepare and serve cocktails, wines, beers and other beverages according to the restaurant’s recipes and standards.

Provide friendly and attentive service while engaging with guests professionally.

Recommend drinks based on guests’ preferences and explain beverage selections.

Ensure consistency in drink quality, presentation and portion control.

Set up, clean and maintain the bar area and equipment.

Monitor beverage inventory and assist with stock ordering and rotation.

Minimise wastage and support beverage cost control.

Process orders and payments accurately through the POS system.

Follow responsible alcohol-service practices and all hygiene and safety requirements.

Work closely with the service and kitchen teams to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements Previous bartending or beverage-service experience is preferred.

Knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines and basic mixology.

Friendly, confident and service-oriented.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Relevant bartending or food-hygiene certification is an advantage.
