Responsibilities

• Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, cookware, utensils, and food preparation equipment using established procedures.
• Keep dishwashing and surrounding kitchen areas clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
• Sort clean items and return them promptly to their designated locations for kitchen and service staff.
• Support food preparation, cooking, food handling, or serving tasks when needed and appropriate.
