Objective

To plan and manage the human, economic, financial, and technological resources specific to the food and beverage department in accordance with the company's policies, procedures, and standards to achieve objectives and guest satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Experience in the position
• Advanced English
• Quality standards in service
• Preparation, elaboration, supervision, and service of Beverages.
• Food hygiene standards including HACCP.
• Handling and resolution of complaints.
• Sales skills.
• Knowledge of hotel management software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Internet.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage the activities to be performed by the area team in order to guarantee personalized service according to occupancy.
• Administer the budget to achieve profitability objectives.
• Train collaborators in order to develop their competencies and comply with standards.
• Guarantee compliance with procedures, policies, and standards by the work team.
• Ensure effective communication with the work team and interrelated departments through briefings and meetings, guaranteeing efficiency in the established service and processes.

Requirements

Minimum education: Upper secondary education - Technological Baccalaureate 1 year of experience
