This all-around role blends event planning, sales relations, and guest hosting, providing a unique opportunity to craft unforgettable experiences while driving business growth. The ideal candidate is energetic, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
What you’ll do Plan and run events that leave a lasting impression.
Seek out new clients, events, and supplier partnerships.
Build great relationships with vendors, clients, and guests.
Handle event logistics, budgets, and contracts.
Be the welcoming face at events, ensuring guests feel valued and cared for.
Bring fresh ideas and stay on top of trends in hospitality and events.
Who you are Fluent in English.
Lives in Amsterdam or nearby.
Versatile and hands-on: ready to tackle anything.
A people-person who loves connecting and building relationships.
Motivated, organized, and confident in sales and networking.
Warm, professional, and passionate about creating memorable experiences.
Flexible for events outside normal hours.
