About the Role We're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Operations Associate to join our warehouse team on a part-time basis. This role is critical to ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. - Order Fulfilment: Pick, pack, and prepare e-commerce orders with accuracy and efficiency
- Inventory Management: Conduct weekly stock top-ups and regular stock takes to maintain optimal inventory levels
- Stock Operations: Receive, process, and price-tag incoming inventory with meticulous attention to detail
- Logistics Support: Deliver stock to various sales points as needed
- Gift Presentation: Create beautiful gift wrapping that delights our customers
- Quality Control: Maintain high standards in all aspects of warehouse operations
Success in This Role Means Quick, accurate, and efficient management of inventory, deliveries, and receiving operations that keep our warehouse running smoothly.

- Available immediately and can commit to the schedule

- Physically capable of warehouse work (lifting, standing, organizing)
- Dependable - we're counting on you to show up and deliver
- Efficient - you work smart and fast without sacrificing accuracy
- Proud of doing quality work, no matter how small the task
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level education
- Commitment: Two full days per week on Monday and Thursday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
